A most verbose but undescriptive title for an introduction topic

Hi.

I was browsing Forum Promotion's "Basic Promotion" section when I came across an advertisement for "The Corner," which is another promotion forum. I wasn't too keen on staying, but then I noticed the user name "Discombobulated," which seemed familiar. If I'm correct, I've seen this person at the "PinkPT" forum, where I post under the user name "Hyperion." Anyways, I joined this forum because the person advertising it seemed familiar, and because I like Internet forums in general.

Now, a few details about myself. My name is Kevin. I live in San Bernardino, California. My aspirations are to travel the world, read all the history books I can, and get involved in forensics. My interests include gardening, playing football (both kinds), reading, and swimming.

Also, since I'm a big fan of Internet forums, it's no surprise that I have my own, and that I've been running it since 2004. It's a general discussion forum, but the subject was of secondary concern to me. I suppose that's no way to build success, but I just care for my less ambitious, much more subjective definition, and am therefore pleased.

Forensics you say, as in homicide forensics?

Well, if my understanding is correct, forensics account for so few criminal cases. However, yeah, I'd love to get involved in solving crimes using areas of forensic science such as forensic document examiner and computer forensics.

A most curious word choice on my part, right? I didn't use it to be vague in my implication, though: I meant exactly and only that I wasn't all that interested. I don't mean to attach any insult to that.
